Overview

The office of Human Resources is here to assist both the campus and community. As a department within the Executive Vice-President’s area, Human Resources is responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring employment procedures that are consistent with the college-wide program of Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action.

Our hiring process is designed to obtain the most diverse applicant pool possible and a conscientious recruitment effort is exerted in the process of hiring faculty, administrators and support staff. We utilize diverse resources including other educational institutions, ethnic and minority media outlets and various Internet sources to recruit potential employees.
